Tinybird analytics dashboard asks for username and password instead of accepting token

After the Tinybird web analytics starter kit was migrated to the new TypeScript SDK, opening the pre-built dashboard with the token in the URL no longer worked. Instead of loading, the page showed an authentication modal asking for a username and password. It wasnt clear what to enter, since the old flow only ever needed the token.

The kit became a full-stack app you can self-host with its own auth, but the old token-in-URL behavior is still there. In the authentication modal, switch to the "Tinybird Token" tab and paste your dashboard token there. The dashboard then behaves exactly like before.

If you want the self-hosted version with real user auth, you can deploy your own and use the other auth option, but for the classic behavior the Tinybird Token tab is the one you want.
