The working evidence is that a reusable skill can deliver value on first visit, while conversations remain useful as provenance and investigation history. Open questions include how to sequence discovery, application, verification, and contribution; how to preserve the evidence layer without making it the primary experience; and how to make maintenance claims credible before revision behavior is established.
