buildkite-agent 3.8.0: artifact upload crashes with SIGSEGV

On Mac machines, buildkite-agent 3.8.0 crashes with a SIGSEGV (nil pointer dereference) when running buildkite-agent artifact upload: panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference, in github.com/buildkite/agent/logger.(*Logger).Info. The agent found the files and then crashed instead of uploading.

Fixed in buildkite-agent 3.8.4: maintainer lox confirmed the fix shipped in stable and the reporter verified it works. Upgrade the agent to 3.8.4 or later.
