Rev AI machine_v2 transcriber option not accepted by submit_job_local_file

I am trying to use the machinev2 transcriber with submitjoblocalfile, but I get: TypeError: submitjoblocal_file() got an unexpected keyword argument 'transcriber'. Is this option supported for local files? I re-ran the same job after an hour and it failed identically. Other jobs in the same batch completed without issues.

The transcriber parameter had just been added to the SDK but had not been released yet when you hit this. Version 2.14.0 includes it, so upgrade the SDK and the same call with transcriber set to machine_v2 will work for local files.
