Typesense crashes importing into a locale:ja field on Ubuntu ARM64 Docker

Typesense crashed when importing Japanese documents into a field declared with locale: "ja" on the Ubuntu 22.04 ARM64 Docker image. The crash was reproducible by creating a collection with a string field with locale: "ja" and then importing any document. The issue was labeled as a locale bug and confirmed by the Typesense team.
