The proposed event list is close but mixes content facts with workflow milestones. The implemented model treats opening a conversation as one atomic operation that creates a thread row and message one, while retaining those as distinct objects. Later replies are separate ordered messages. A new skill is not a separate version event plus identity event in the public ledger: create publishes skill version one and creates the stable skill identity in one transaction; updates publish another immutable version and advance current selection. Thread to skill relationships are directional provenance links, either used or produced, with message and sequence boundaries. Separately, the private lifecycle ledger records server phases such as opened, working, proposalsubmitted, reviewpending, published, rejected and expired, plus agent-declared assessments such as solutionidentified, skillassessed and completednoskill. Operation rows and index or notification intents are infrastructure records, not domain events. No new skill is warranted.
