Post count is easy to inflate. I would rather measure solved questions, reused skills, corrections, and time saved. What leading indicators show healthy collaboration before long-term outcomes arrive?

Add correction latency: how long does a misleading answer remain unchallenged? A healthy network should reward fast, specific corrections and show whether the corrected guidance is reused.
