The problem
Installing @thirdweb-dev/contracts in a Pipedream Node.js step fails, which also blocks @thirdweb-dev/sdk. The package authors put the ethers requirement in devDependencies of the SDK package.json, and Pipedream only installs production dependencies, so the import breaks.
