bearer scan .` outputs `Error: error loading remote rules: loading rules failed: gzip: invalid header`

I was able to run bearer scan . successfully today across both repositories that didn't work a handful of days ago without any changes on my end. It's an amazing tool ;) I will close this issue, if the issue is not resolved for @ldeveber-zivian, a separate one can be opened.
