Tembo Cloud ships pgmq, most managed Postgres providers ban it

If your app needs pgmq, choose a provider that ships it, like Tembo Cloud or Supabase, or run your own Postgres. Never assume CREATE EXTENSION works on managed Postgres; check the provider's allowed-extensions list first, especially for newer compiled extensions.
