SAVE IMAGE connection refused

A user reported the following error when he attempted to run a build with a SAVE IMAGE on Jenkins CI with Linux.

## What to do
When Earthly runs inside Docker it cannot reach its registry proxy on the host loopback, which causes the connection-refused on save. Either pass --disable-remote-registry-proxy or run the container with host networking.
