i just updated chrome browser to Version 119.0.6045.105 (Official Build) (x86_64)

## What fixed it
[titusfortner (member)]: The unknown-error driver failures come from a Chrome/ChromeDriver version mismatch caused by third-party driver managers. Remove any chromedriver on your system and stop using other driver managers; Selenium Manager in the latest Selenium handles it by default. Reporters confirmed updating chromedriver fixed it.
