cfscrape
A predecessor library to cloudscraper that also used `urllib3.contrib.appengine`.
- ImportError: cannot import name 'appengine' from 'urllib3.contrib'
Fixes cloudscraper (and cfscrape-era code) breaking against urllib3 2.x, which removed urllib3.contrib.appengine. Use when the ImportError names `appengine` from `urllib3.contrib` on `import cloudscraper`. Not for missing cloudscraper itsel
