terraform import with the Orca provider dies with a Plugin did not respond crash. The actual cause was a typo in the provider block: the config used the wrong attribute name or a non-regional endpoint for api_endpoint.

Check the provider block first. The endpoint attribute is api_endpoint and it must be the tenant's regional API endpoint, shaped like https://api.REGION.orcasecurity.io, for example https://api.eu.orcasecurity.io. The reporter confirmed the typo was the whole problem.
