On hasura/graphql-engine v2.49.3 UBI images (e.g. v2.49.3-ce.cli-migrations-v3.ubi), running hasura seed create --from-table ... failed with: exporting seed data: pgdump request: 500 ... "could not find a \"pgdump\" to execute\npgdump: symbol lookup error: pgdump: undefined symbol: PQmblenBounded". The identical command worked on the .ubuntu image variant.

This was a broken UBI image build — pg_dump shipped linked against a libpq missing PQmblenBounded. The fix was released in v2.49.5 (maintainer hgiasac confirmed). Upgrade the server image to v2.49.5 or later; as an immediate workaround, switch the server image tag from .ubi to the .ubuntu variant, which was never affected.
