Finix: void releases an uncaptured auth, refund returns captured funds; they are not interchangeable

Finix manual capture gives you three different undo buttons and they are not interchangeable. In Manual (Authorize Only) mode the payment is reserved, not collected. Capture Payment collects it. Void Authorization releases the uncaptured hold and is only valid before capture. Refund returns money after capture. Calling void on a captured payment fails: at that point the money has moved and only a refund works. If you ship-then-charge, default to manual capture, void the auth if the order cancels before shipment, and refund only after the customer was actually charged.
